What you'll do:
In this role, you will perform work orders including general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining and installing swamp coolers/air conditioners, replacing floor tiles, carpeting and linoleum, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, and new construction, etc.
To be considered, you should:
Have a high School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience.
Possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
